The Head Video Manager will be responsible for building & developing the Video advertising channel of the company for both web and mobile. The role includes pro-actively seeking new business opportunities while managing several accounts at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing partnerships & new business opportunities in the Video advertising channel.
- Defining, establishing and setting up all 3rd party technology needed to run and manage the video advertising efforts.
- Provide day-to-day campaign management, analysis and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Manage multiple platforms for running branded video campaigns.
- Generate campaign performance reports to be shared with internal and external resources.
- Analyze campaigns by looking at several parameters and optimize performance.
- Research markets, trends, competition and opportunities in the industry.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in the video industry.
- Familiar with industry tools and platforms for Video advertising (AdapTV, Appnexus, Vidible, Liverail, SpotXchange etc).
- Experience working with advertisers and publishers.
- Familiar with industry tools and platforms for mobile advertising.
- Previous managerial experience – an advantage.
- Fluent, high-level English both in writing and speech.
- Analytical and strategic mindset.
- Passion and business orientation.
- Focused & goal driven.
- Superb communication skills./li>
- Strong attention to details.
- Creativity and the ability to “think outside the box”.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
- Technical background – an advantage.
