Head Video Advertising TL #2108

The Head Video Manager will be responsible for building & developing the Video advertising channel of the company for both web and mobile. The role includes pro-actively seeking new business opportunities while managing several accounts at the same time.

Responsibilities
  • Building and developing partnerships & new business opportunities in the Video advertising channel.
  • Defining, establishing and setting up all 3rd party technology needed to run and manage the video advertising efforts.
  • Provide day-to-day campaign management, analysis and actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Manage multiple platforms for running branded video campaigns.
  • Generate campaign performance reports to be shared with internal and external resources.
  • Analyze campaigns by looking at several parameters and optimize performance.
  • Research markets, trends, competition and opportunities in the industry.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the video industry.
  • Familiar with industry tools and platforms for Video advertising (AdapTV, Appnexus, Vidible, Liverail, SpotXchange etc).
  • Experience working with advertisers and publishers.
  • Familiar with industry tools and platforms for mobile advertising.
  • Previous managerial experience – an advantage.
  • Fluent, high-level English both in writing and speech.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Passion and business orientation.
  • Focused & goal driven.
  • Superb communication skills./li>
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Creativity and the ability to “think outside the box”.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background – an advantage.
